In February 2023 EPI, Malawi received first consignment of Godrej SureChill Vaccine Refrigerators – one was grid operated, and another was solar direct drive refrigerator. Godrej provided these units to EPI, Malawi at “no cost” so that EPI, Malawi can evaluate their efficiency for Malawian environmental conditions.
Having satisfied with their performances, EPI, Malawi recommended purchase of Godrej SureChill Vaccine Refrigerators and today first consignment of 15 units of 225 Liters of Godrej SureChill Vaccine Refrigerators has been delivered at EPI, Malawi in Lilongwe.
These were purchased under PBF Support through Unicef.
